We may collect account identity details, organization membership metadata, invitation activity, domain configuration, and the library/version records required to power your workspace.

We also collect operational data such as basic request logs and consent choices so the application remains secure and compliant.

When Google sign-in is enabled, HarnessDeck Cloud uses your Google account only to authenticate you and associate your email address with the correct organization. We do not request more access than needed for login.

HarnessDeck Cloud uses essential cookies to keep sign-in flows working and stores your cookie consent preference so your choice is remembered. Non-essential cookies should only be enabled after you grant consent.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of the information tied to your account by contacting the team that operates your HarnessDeck Cloud workspace.
